Whether your pet just needs an overnight getaway or a longer vacation – Paws Inn is a resort we want you to consider. Since we are an all-inclusive dog and cat boarding resort, recreational activities are included with any overnight stay! Most of our rooms are 4 feet by 8 feet with a raised cot, but there are larger suites available for our families with multiple dogs, as well as cozy “dens” so our smaller guests will feel comfortable. All of our kennel guests are provided with fresh, cool water on demand along with snacks and blankets. The hotel is heated and air conditioned, and the maid service will come by to freshen the sheets in the morning while our guests are busy playing in the doggie daycare, or with our skilled groomers at the spa. A turndown service will come by in the evenings to ready the rooms for bedtime.
Our dog boarding guests have their choice of our fine restaurants, such as “Casa de Snoopy”, “Barker’s Crust”, and “Balto’s Steakhouse”, all serving various selections of Beneful, Purina 1, Iams, and Kibbles & Bits. To ensure your pet has their favorite delicacy, please check with the front desk when making a reservation regarding our availability. We of course realize that your dog may have a specialized diet or a discerning palate – if this is the case, please feel free to let us know and bring food from home and our staff chef will prepare it to suit your pet’s needs. For our guests with limited mobility, room service is offered from 7:00am to 7:00pm.
We often get questions regarding how best to pack for your pet’s vacation. At other dog and cat boarding facilities, it may be different – but at Paws Inn, we are an all-inclusive dog and cat boarding resort. That means you can leave your pet’s blankets, beds, food and toys at home and let them enjoy our accommodations. Of course, if there is a favorite toy, or if your pet needs a few more pillows or blankets, please bring them along. We do ask that you don’t bring anything sentimental as we would hate to have your pet loose their favorite toy. Please make sure your items are well labeled so we can keep track of them. If your pet requires any kind of medication, please bring them at check in.
Feline guests have a special boarding area located on the second floor adjacent to the lobby. Several condos have window view for bird and squirrel watching in the adjacent woods. All come with litter boxes, bowls and 3 perches at various levels from the floor to ceiling of the condo. Of course meals, play/cuddle time is included with their stay.
